My customer is using UCC28742 for a 12V 4A application.
Now we have an issue that the switching frequency is always clamped at 25KHz in full load or a lighter load (but prefer to be @~ 65KHz in full load).
I checked the schematic and found that customer used 500uH inductor. In fact, if needing ~65KHz in full load, the inductance should be ~150uH. But customer cannot redesign the transformer which one is widely used in customer's other products.
So, Do we have any workaround to make the converter working @~65KHz in full load?
