TLV1117: Solderability

Part Number: TLV1117

Hello,

While testing parts for a customer I noticed that parts had mild abrasion marks on some of the leads.

Also when performing solderability testing I noticed that some of the leads did not take well to the solder.
I am not very familiar with Nickle-palladium-gold plating, most of the components we test are pure tin (e3) plating.
Id there a different solder profile for this type pf plating?

IPC-J-STD-002E 4.2.7
Alpha Metal Sn 96.5% Ag 3% Cu 0.5% Pb-free Solder
Kester 182 (Classified as ROL 1 per J-STD-004)
245 ºC

Thanks.
