Thank you for the suggestion. I had already checked it but the Body size dimension was different for both. TPS63030 is 2.5mmx2.5mm whereas TPS6300x is 3mmx3mm. Would that be fine?

Our customer is using TPS63030 in their design. They want an alternate due to the unavailability of the component. So we need an exact alternate with functional and footprint compatibility.
