LM3414HV: Do you have any device like external FET version of LM3414 or LM3414HV?

Hi Kazuya,

The maximum input voltage of LM3414HV is 65V. TPS92640 could support higher input voltage 85V.

So what's the application and why such high Vf is needed? Actually, we are considering to develop new device like LM3414 and your share will be appreciated.

 I don't have sufficient information about the customer application at this moment.

I will get more detail of their application and then I will inform you it on this thread.

 I think it might be very bright LED ramp for replacing mercury lamp

because  production, import and export of mercury lamp were prohibited at the end of 2020.

 Also I think the reason of high LED forward voltage would be to produce high brightness and

low cost product using 1ch LED driver. The customer prefer simple circuit like the block diagram

 I understood that we don't have any TI LED driver which I can propose them at this moment.

 But I'm looking forward to seeing new version device of LM3414.
