UCC28710: PSpice issue

Hi Team,

a customer ran into an issue with the PSpice model of UCC28710.

He is using PSpice and got the following error message:

ERROR(ORPSIM-15108): Subcircuit UCC28710 used by X_U6 is undefined

Would you know what causes this issue?

    Hello,

    I am presently working on this issue but not have the issue that you are seeing.  Could you  reinstall the software TI Pspice update and try running the simulation again to see if the error resolves the issue?

    If this does not resolve the issue the other thing you could try is running the Tina model to simulate your design.  The Tina simulator is free can can be downloaded for free from ti.com and can be used to simulate your design as well.

    Customer already tried running the simulation with Tina but it does not converge.

    Which PSpice license is needed to run it successfully?
