Dear team,
A waveform at boot up has been received from our customer.
The waveform becomes in an overcurrent state at boot up during around 50ms.
Does this not have any problem?
Does it not cause the damage to device?
Regards,
PAN-M

Hi PAN-M,
For LDOs the bond wires are the limiting factor when it comes to current density and you are well below the fusing current of the bond wires which are sized for much higher currents (~1A).
