Hi team,

I would like to estimate the min and max value of Tr for given CT value. 

I set CT so that the tr get 5ms. 

Should I consider CT(uF) value variation over temperature only? 

Is there temperature variation inside the device which determine Tr?

    Hello Tsuji-san,

    We do not spec the min and max values for timing for our load switch devices.

    Timing is a very sensitive parameter and can be affected by temperature, voltage, device variation, load and CT capacitance.

    As such, the use case of the device and the application parameters affect the timing seen.
