Hi Team,
My customer is using TPS610994 boost from +2.8V to +3.3V with load around 30~70uA output, however customer got +5.xV output voltage sometimes.
the output voltage can back to normal +3.3V output if customer short the output to ground and release.
they also add 5K ohm at output and still got the same issue some times. below id customer's schematic, please help to check and comments. thanks.
