When TPS63802 circuit startup, power good operation is following with Vout startup.
I hope to move power good start to switch high when Vout reach 95%. (The same PG behavior on datasheet P26: Figure 10-30 and 10-31)
If there any adjusting point, please let me know.
TPS63802 circuit condition is below;
・Vin: about 4.2V (battery), Vout: 5V, Iout: 1.8A, L: 2.2μH
・PG output is 100kΩ pullup to Vout
・EN pin is controlled by external ON/OFF signal (not connected to Vin)
・tss: about 4sec, Cout: 47μH ×4 for decrease ripple
・Waveform is below; Yellow: EN, Green: Vout, Blue: PG, Red: Vin
※Vout startup line is overlapping with PG
・Waveform for focus PG and Vout is below; Yellow: Vout, Green: PG
