Both the newly arrived IC and the last batch are version 04. Why can't the newly arrived IC burn the program below picture shows about burnprocess fail ，any advise？thanks in advance

Please upgrade bqStudio to the latest "Test" version on TI.com which should be v100+. If the issue continues let me know.
