Hello Sir:

Can you help to check why we use BqStudio 1.3.101 or 1.3.102 cannot change the seal key?

We can change seal key by using BqStudio 1.3.86.

Please help to provide recommendations for us.

What do you mean by cant change the unseal key? How are you attempting to make the change? Can you list the commands you use?

Hi Eric:

Please refer attached excel file.

We use the same way in 1.3.86 and 1.3.101.

In 1.3.86 we changed the key and unseal by our code.

In 1.3.101 we changed the key but we can use default code to do unseal device.

Please help to check and provide recommendations for us.

Statham,

In the image of the failing key change, the device is in "Unsealed Mode" but in order for the change key to work the gauge must be in "Full Access" mode.

Please full access the device then try again.
