The LMR12007 datasheet only has the Rtheta_ja thermal spec. Do we have any further info (Rtheta_jc_top / Rtheta_jc_bot)?

An update - Packaging team has not been able to find this information. We are trying to find more information from the thermal modeling team now.

Currently there is no information on this part as per thermal modeling team. I will need to request a new thermal model to the modeling team and they can estimate the ThetaJC(top). ThetaJC(bot) is not applicable for this package as it does not have exposed pad. The typical turnaround time for such thermal models can be 2 weeks.
