The TPS27S100 datasheet says that current sense accuracy is ±30mA in 1A load. But the reference design TIDA-01552 that used TPS27S100 says can get 5mA accuracy. is true?

Please refer to the datasheet for the device specifications including the current sensing accuracy. Could you take a screenshot of where does the TIDA-01552 say that 5mA accuracy is achieved? Thanks.
