Dear TI Team,
can this device support the LTO Cells with 2.8V/Cell? Shall be the resistor-value on VSET adjust on this application?
Kind regards R.Schwiertz

Hello Robert,
The lowest regulation voltage bq25171-q1 can support is 3.5V/cell for LiFePO4. The allowed resistor values / voltages are those given in table 7-2 of d/s.
Best regards,
Nick
Hi Robert,
Do you have battery specification we can look at? Two cells in series this would be 5.6V which is also not supported by bq25171-q1.
Thanks,
Nick
Dear Nick,
here is the specification of the battery which I am looking for.
As I said. It is an LTO cell with a capacity 3000mAh. I want to charge it with C/10.
Hello Robert,
Unfortunately we do not have a solution for this currently.
Best regards,
Nick
You may check out a discrete solution similar to the one proposed here: https://www.ti.com/lit/an/slyt333/slyt333.pdf
