Our customer is looking for a TI alternative to VN750PS-E from ST.

I don't see any drop in replacement, anything closer to this you can suggest?

Hello Art,

The device you mention looks like a load driver with internal FET and drive circuit. I am transferring this to a group who may have similar products which is the PSIL group. I help cover the high power drivers which include MOSFET drivers but do not have the internal power devices.

Hi Art,

This device is higher voltage than our load switches. I recommend you look to our High Side Switch portfolio here. We also offer many integrated protection features integrated in these device. For the voltage and current specification, I would recommend looking at TPS272C45 with both channels in parallel or TPS27SA08.
