If safety status bit 0 CUV and bit 14 CUVC are assert, will it disable charge and discharge? how to clear them?

    Harry,

    It will disable discharge only. These bits will be cleared once the cell voltages are greater than the recovery voltages, and depending on your settings, it may also require you charge the cells. See the TRM (sections 2.2 and 2.3) for more information.
