BQ25300: REGN PIN no output

I used bq25300 as battery charge IC, but when we power with vbus as 6.8V, the REGN output 0.28V. It is abnormal cause the ic can not work。

We can satisfy the power on conditions of REGN

1. Vbus> Vbat+Vsleep Vbat=3.6V

2. POL floating, En pull down to GND

Hi,

In your schematic POL is pulled to GND. Can you verify if POL is floating or pulled to GND? If POL and EN have same polarity, then REGN would not be available.

I can confirm the POL is floating, and EN pin also floating, but it is still output 0.29V, is it normal?
