TPS7A30: Absolute maximum OUT pin to GND pin

Part Number: TPS7A30
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LT1054

I'm hoping to use an LT1054 and TPS7A30 to generate the -5V rail for a set of op amps.  The TPS7A30 datasheet lists absolute max for OUT pin to GND pin of -33 to 0.3 V.  Do I need to add some kind of protection (diode or transistor) to prevent the +5V rail for the op amps from pulling the TPS7A30 OUT pin above 0.3 during startup?
