I am sorry, I have additional question about BQ25171_CE pin.

Is the situation acceptable, when BQ25171_CE (3V3) > BQ25171_Vin (0V) and BQ52171_CE (3V3) > BQ52171_OUT (0V) very long? May be damage of BQ25171 in this situation?

The situation when BQ25171_Vin = 0 / BQ25171_OUT = 0V (battery is absent) / BQ25171_CE = 3V3 (CE pin controls from out CPU) may continue very long.

    In old question was situation when BQ25171_Vin = 0 / BQ25171_OUT = 2V (battery is present) / BQ25171_CE = 3V3 (CE pin controls from out CPU) may continue very long.

    In new question is situation when BQ25171_Vin = 0 / BQ25171_OUT = 0V (battery is absent) / BQ25171_CE = 3V3 (CE pin controls from out CPU) may continue very long. I.e., there are no power supplies for BQ25171 (on IN/OUT pins), but there is voltage at BQ25171_CE = 3V3 input pin!

    In this condition there is no abnormal leakage into the pin, <1 uA. The abs max rating on /CE pin is 5.5V and this is not dependent on any other voltages. As long as the /CE pin stays under this rating there will be no damage to the device.
