My customer would like to know available HW and SW which can use DQ comm.

・if you know some available SW and HW could you tell me about it?

・is DQ comm available for EV2200 EV2300?

Thank you for your support.

Customer want to use BQ2014 and want to know DQcomm is available between BQ2014 and EV2200 or EV2300.

and actually, this is old device so EV2200 and EV2300 is EOLed, i think.

So they also want to know some HW and SW which they can buy now to evaluate BQ2014.

Hello Takuya-san,

bq2014 software was provided on CDs and worked with the EV2200 and possibly was later upgraded to work with EV2300. It is unlikely to work on newer versions of Windows. We would recommend that you use a newer gauge. If you must use the bq2014, then you will need EV2200/EV2300 hardware. MKST-3P-ALT-EV2300 is an alternative to EV2300 but there is no alternative to the software since it is custom. You can try getting software developed by a third party to suit your needs.

Hello Takuya-san,

I do not have a copy of the software that was provided on CD.

For SBS data readout from bq2014, you may use any bqEVSW that supports SBS compliant gas gauges (like bq20z70)
