Is there an equation that we can use to predict heat dissipation of the IC for different Vin , Vout, and I out? We require at least "New Space" electronics .
TIA

Hi Yehuda,
Extrapolating information from empirical data is the best way to predict power dissipation for your application. The PDF below shows plotted efficiency data we have taken on the TPS7H4010-SEP EVM for VOUT=1V at Fsw=500kHz. Are there any other specific Vin, Vout, and switching frequency configurations you would be interested in having data for?

Thanks,
