at the time we connect our device to the battery, a spark (because of a high inrush current) on the battery connector is heard and visible. So, I'm looking for a reliable high side N-MOS driver which just slows down opening a transistor (or parallel connection of a few transistors) at power-up for a some time.
It is not necessary that driver measure current on the line, because it must not react after even measured current is very high - our device also consists of the motor (please note that motor does not start automatically when the device is powered-up but it is started manually later) which can sink also up to 70 - 90 A during operation, and this must not be interupted, so transistor must be fully opened at this time (duty cycle must be 100%).
Nominaly current consumption of the electronics immediately after battery connect is less than 2 A.
If driver measure current it can react only if there is short circuit detected, which in our example means current consumption of more than 150 A.

Maximum Vin is less than 18 V, but it is much better if driver has support also for up to 40 V Vin.
At the time motor is stopped, motor generate voltage spike, which is going to be clamped with TVS diode, but because clamping voltage of 18 Vrwm TVS diode is around 29 V (except of TVS1800 which has around 4-5 V smaller maximum clamping voltage), driver must survive that spikes. Reverse voltage protection is not necessary but is welcomed.
