Hello,
I am using LM74700-Q1 in one of my circuits. As the Pspice transient model from the website is encrypted, I downloaded TINA-TI transient model. Using https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QE7jUcWWi5M&ab_channel=TexasInstruments video, I converted TINA-TI model file to .CIR. Opened .CIR file in LTpsice and auto-generated the symbol. But when I run the simulation with the generated symbol, I am getting warnings as below and Gate voltage is zero, hence the MOSFET is not turning ON.
Connections are made referring to the typical application schematic from the datasheet.
Could you please help me with this? Is there any way that I can use the LM74700-Q1 model on LTspice?
