At what EN voltage does the TPS548A28 start up?
Once the EN pin has a voltage of about 0.7V, the VCC LDO turns on. Once EN reaches 1.1V, the TPS548A28 begins switching. By slowly increasing the voltage of the EN pin, these voltage thresholds can be seen, as shown in the below image:
At what EN voltage does the TPS548A28A power down?
When the EN voltage drops below 1.1V, the TPS548A28 stops switching. When the EN voltage drops below 0.3V, the LDO shuts off, as shown in the below image:
