TPS63031: Power off issue at output

Hi
i have an issue when make a power board with TPS63031DSKR
When i turn off , it still have 0.5V at output ( while turn on is 3.3V is OK)

Power from battery 4.2V , 2000mah

Please help to solve this issue.

Could you help to capture waveform of PIN Vin EN and output during this issue?

im sorry for delay for sending waveform

As you seen, when EN pin low, output have still 0.5V
when high, output have 3.3V.
Please send me message , i will help to send you full my design schematic to review
