Hello. I have a problem with those chips LMR33620ADDAR... When power-on 24Vdc the chip enter in short-circuit on pins 1 and 8 (GND and SW), or exploding its pins 2 and 3 out.
It's not a case of wrong parts because I built another PCB with new parts and the same problem occurs again...
I have attached my circuit schematic. In the schematic, the C13, C15 and C16 are commum electrolytic capacitor. All other capacitors are ceramic capacitor. Vcc is 5V.
