hey Expert,
If we enable pin pull low (input no voltage ) ,but output of TLV767 has another 13.2V exist.
Does it have any risk of TLV767?

Hello,
Yes, there will very likely be severe damage to TLV76 if Vout = 13.2V and Vin = 0V. This condition violates the Abs Max rating (Vout < Vin + 0.3V) of the device and will cause reverse current to flow through the device and cause damage. You can prevent the flow of reverse current by using an external Schottky diode from OUT to IN or by using a diode in front of the LDO which will prevent the flow of the current into the supply. The following link provides a description of reverse current and some ways to prevent it: https://e2e.ti.com/blogs_/b/powerhouse/posts/ldo-basics-preventing-reverse-current-in-ldos.
