I see there is |Zka| in EC table, but want to check what's the effect to application on this parameter? For example, if there is another part but has higher Zka, what does it means? Thanks.

|Zka| is the dynamic impedance of a shunt regulator and it is an important spec because the higher the dynamic impedance, the more Vref shift you will see as you vary VKA voltage. This means |Zka| will offset the Vref voltage in direct proportion to the cathode current. To understand more about dynamic impedance, please see the link below:
