BQ24010: BQ24010 is not charging

Dear Sir,

We are using BQ24010DRCR in the new design. BQ24010 is not charging the battery corretly, It is starting to charge and after about 20-30 seconds, it stops to charge.

Our circuit is below.

Hi Caglar,

After reviewing your schematic your issues appears to be the TS pin. If you wish to disable the battery temperature sensing feature you need to provide a constant voltage to the TS pin instead of leaving it floating. The device interprets a floating TS pin as outside the normal operating range and is suspending the charge. To fix this provide a constant voltage between 30% and 60% of your input voltage to TS pin.

The rest of your schematic looks good.
