Hello Sir:
Our customer is in the process of evaluating the functional safety level requirements for our Telecom BBU product to be compliance with ISO13849 standard.
As part of this, we need to have the MTTFd ( mean time to dangerous failures ) or B10d (mean number of cycles until the 10% of component fail dangerously) values for BQ79656 (or BQ79616).
We looked at the datasheets and we have not found any information related to these characteristics.
Would you please share these documents for us?
