TPS61222: Vout with high ripple voltage and output offset

Part Number: TPS61222

Hello.

I'm using this IC (TPS61222DCKT) to boost the battery voltage (3.3V to 4.2V) to +5.5V on the output. The idea is to power an LDO regulator for 5V and then power some low power sensors.

The problem is that in the output I have ~300mVpp and a ~6.8Vdc... not even close of 5.5Vdc.

* The schematic (I have added one more 10uF cap at the output):

* The layout:

* Vin = 3.95VDC

How can I solve this problem? This does not make me any sense...

Thank you.
