TPS55010: Transformer design: can I use core without air gap??

Reading through the datasheet of TPS55010 and typical examples seen, it is preferred to have a core with air gap.

It is not mentioned as a strict requirement in the datasheet. But after discussing internally, for this device it is preferred to have core with air gap.

I will try to make transformer and I want to share my experience in this thread.
maybe it will be helpful in the future.
I made some considerations, and I thing, air gap is not necessary for this project. Ofcourse, it is necessary to avoid core saturation, but is possible without air gap.
