Hi team,
What is the maximum leakage current on the Enable Pin across the operating temp range?
Thanks,
Kevin

Hello Kevin,
From the data sheet:
Although it states that the junction temperature ranges are -40C to 85C, ideally, EN should draw little to no current, in this case, ~10nA. Even if Ien increases at higher temperatures, this increase would not be that significant.
I hope this information is helpful. If there are still doubts, do not hesitate to let us know.

Hi Edgar,
Is it possible to get that max estimated leakage current? do we have data on this?
I suppose the definition of significant might be different for the customer, so although the difference seems miniscule, it would still be good to get the approximation if possible. let me know if we can.
Thanks,
Kevin
Hi Kevin,
I will reach out to someone in the design team to see if they have this information. I will update you as soon as I get a response.

Hello Kevin,
Take a look at the following table:
This is the min and max current values with the mu and sigma distributions.
