LM2735: EMC radiated emissions problem

Part Number: LM2735
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: LM5088,

Hi,

We have a Li-Ion battery management system (BMS) running at 48V (nominal).

The input is driven through a DCDC (LM5088) to generate 5V, and then a LM2735 to produce 12.7V.

We have found that when the 12.7V output is active (ie the DCDC is enabled), we have high radiated emissions during testing.

The 12.7V output is loaded with 120ohm to GND and the LM5088 is also loaded with about 140mA during testing.

The issue can be seen at approximately 100-300MHz at 40-50 dBuV/m (an image of the measurement is attached).

We have designed the LM2735 (and even the LM5088) using application notes and the TI designer so we assume the schematic is quite well optimised.

Do you have any recommendations on this?
