TPS82140: No output voltage

Dear Teams,

My customer is facing some questions about TPS82140. Could you help give some suggestion here?

2pcs of TPS82140 out of 2Ku has no output voltage. Once customers used DMM or hand to touch the FB pin, then it will have output voltage. Schematic diagram showing below.

FYI: The input capacitor is 47uF. The one showing in below figure is wrong.

    Hi Dylan,

    The schematic looks good. It seems solder related the issue. Here are my suggestions.

    1. Reflow the TPS82140 device.  Make sure the FB pin and feedback resistors are good connection.

    2. Deep clean TPS82140 device and FB pin area by using water and alcohol to rule out the flux residue contamination.
