Hello,

I've close J2 J3 J4 J21(2,3) J25 J34 J35 J37 J36 and OPT(1,2),

48VDC-Port connect to Fuel Cell 12VDC-Port connect to Super capacitor

I send 5volt to J17-pin5 and a swich to DIR to control buck and boost mode. ISETA send 0.1volt, at buck mode can control the current output around 4-5A,

but at boost mode the the current output is 0.003A.

Where did I do wrong?

Hi Paul,

Thank you for your interest in LM5170. You are operating in voltage mode. What is the voltage on the 48V port? Note that the HV-PS needs to be applied for boost startup if the circuit breaker MOSFET is not shorted.

HI Yinsong Cai1 thanks for your respond,

The voltage on the 48V port is 48V from the another DC/DC, because the fuelcell output is voltage 60V.

I will test your suggest to see what did I do wrong.

Hi Paul,

In the voltage mode, you don't directly control the current. So if the output voltage already reaches the regulation target then there will be little current.
