LM74500-Q1: Higher Junction Temperature

Part Number: LM74500-Q1

Hey Team.

I am looking for a device with a higher junction temperature than the LM74500-Q1.

This is for a water pump that will operate at 130C. The PCB is expected to reach temperatures near 160C.

Could someone please help me to find a more suitable device?

Hi Dajon,

Unfortunately, we do not have any other devices similar to LM74500-Q1 which can support Max Junction temperature > 150C.

By your description it seems that all the ICs used on your board need to have Max Tj > 160C. Can you give us some part numbers which have this specification.

Hey Praveen,

I don't know what other components are on this board at this time.

Do we have any devices that can offer a similar functionality with a junction temperature that is suitable?
