Hi team,

customer use LM25141-Q1 to power on DDR, the current is 16A. because the DDR is in sleep mode, the current at sleep is 70mA, customer need high efficiency at light load.

so, the LM25141-Q1 seems not suitable. 

what's your suggestions or recommendation at this applications?
