TPS40305: EMI Issue

Part Number: TPS40305
Hello TI Team,
We were working on the Final FCC & PTCRB certification where we got failure due to the high amount of EMI noise generated by the power ICs. We have identified that TPS40305 IC is the one who is generated the major EMI noise. Besides TPS40305 we have used the below list of ICs in our power supply design.
  • TLV62568DBVR
  • TPS61088RHLR
  • TPS61088RHLR
  • BQ24192RGET
  • LM3478MMX/NOPB
We have added filter circuits, ferrite beads, and bulk capacitors to all power converters as per requirements.

I would like to request you to arrange a review cycle of the schematic design & let us know if something needs to be corrected or not. This will help us to pass our final FCC and PTCRB certifications.
Our TI Sales person has suggested that we can have a private window where I and TI can share all the confidential data, Request you to take this query in the private windows so I can share the schematic design of the power section.

My name is Peter James Miller, the lead applications engineer supporting the TPS40305 converter, and would be happy to help you with your design.

Please allow me to ask a few questions:

    1) Are you failing Conducted or Radiated EMI testing?

    2) At what frequency are you failing EMI testing?

If you click on my name above, you should be able to send me a message with your e-mail, so I can send you an e-mail address for sharing confidential information.  Please also include the name of your TI Technical Sales Representative so that I can include them in the discussion.
