What exactly is different between TPS7H2201HKR/EM and 5962-1722001VXC? Is it just a matter of testing, or is there more?

Hi Kyle,

It is largely testing and screening, but the EM units also don't go through burn-in and other production screening procedures. This document provides a good summary of the differences in screening, testing, and qualification between the EM units and the MIL-PRF-38535 units.
