LM3481: Load Issue

Hi TI Team,

I am using LM3481 as a SEPIC conevrter to generate 3.3V output with 4A output current.

I generated the Design from TI Webench.

The issue is whenever I turn ON load of even 100mA, the voltage on output drops to around 2.5V.

Please see attached design I am using and please help me to resolve load related issue.

Hi Sahil,

Apologies for the delay, and thank you for using the LM3481. I will review the schematic and get back to you early next week.

To get some additional information, what are your operating conditions (input voltage, temperature)?

Hi Richard,

The input operating voltage is 3V-4.2V. And temperature shall be 25 degree.

Hi, Sahil,

To better understand the issue, do you have the following data?

1. the curve of Vout as a function of Iout

2. the max voltage (remove noise if noise exist) on Isense pin of LM3481 as a function of Iout

Test Iout=0A, 0.1A, 0.2A, 0.5A, 1A, 2A, 3A,3.7A is sufficient.
