Hello，i need your help

1、The left is a screenshot of my bqwizard 3.1, and the right is a screenshot of manual（slua556），they are different，why？

2、clock commands->read all parameters，but the  voltage and temperature have not changed，Can we provide a solution？

    Bo,

    Unfortunately due to the age of the device we are unable to provide debug assistance. We continue to sell the device for customers already in production who can continue to use it, but it is not recommended for new designs. Please look into the bq40z50 as an alternative device to use. It has roughly 15 years of upgrades associated to it.
