TPS62813-Q1: soft start time of TPS6281320-Q1

Hi team,

customer found the soft start time of TPS6281320 is 1ms Not 200us. in the datasheet, after EN pull up, will delay 200us to switch and have output. but customer measured this time is 1ms

Hi Betty,

Thanks for sharing the information! I need some more information to understand the root cause. Could you help to confirm the operating condition for device? Because from schematic it looks like device output capacitor is lower then min effective capacitance requirements. Could you share measurements set up and which point voltage is measured?

there on special set up. customer only measured the output voltage and EN pin
