Hi Eric,

Unless otherwise stated in the datasheet, our parts can be DI water washed. Given there are so many differing conditions, surfactants and application methods (eg, bath, megasonic, jet, etc) available in the market not under TI control, we do not provide any specific recommendations on cleanup methods and would encourage the customer to consult with the equipment vendor for BKM’s.

The onus is on the customer to determine and validate any wash chemistries and/or environmental conditions individually or in any combination thereof which may have a detrimental impact on the device.
