LM36010: What's the difference between level trigger and edge trigger?

Hi, team

  1. Level trigger and edge trigger.

I test on EVM, in level trigger, LED turn off when STORBE go to low; In edge trigger, LED turn off when SOTRBE go to low and and after flash time out. 

Is this the only difference level and edge trigger? any other difference? and what the application environment? 

        2. what's the no torch ramp application environment? and what's the average compare to 1ms torch ramp?
