BQ25570EVM-206: Not getting required Voltage

Part Number: BQ25570EVM-206
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: BQ25570

Hi All, I am using Low power management IC for energy harvesting and i am using BQ25570 EVM-206, so my question is, i am getting voltage as max as 2.2V, but required is 3.3V for my Microcontroller. Can anybody help me what can i do for getting more output. Thanks

  • Hi Farrukh,

The EVM's VSTOR output is set to 4.2V and the buck output is set to 1.8V by on the onboard resistors.  Did you change the resistors?  What is your input power source connected to VIN_DC?  The BQ25570 is a boost charger so its input power needs to be less than the VSTOR output (VBAT_OV resistor setting).

    Regards,
