BQ25619: BQ25619: The register has changed, but it's not what I want.

Hi

The parameters shown on the left in the picture are my initialization parameters, but after the charge is full(reg08 is 0x3c), after reading register 08 twice, several registers have  changed, which is not the result I expect.On the right side of the figure is the changed value.

I want to know whether this phenomenon is normal and how I can avoid it?
