TPS65218D0: Restart issue

Hi support team.

My customer has a problem that TPS65218D0 does not start when powering on after waiting for 1-2 seconds after powering off.
If the time to power on is longer than this, it will start without any problem.
What do you think is happening?

As a condition for starting from OFF mode, PB input is H and AC_DET is L.

    Hi,

    Are you using an existing TPS65218D0 TI Design, or a customer design? If the latter, would you be able to provide the schematic? Have they probed the outputs to see if they are discharging after power down and before power up?
