Hi,

1) Could you tell me if the part is bipolar

2) if there is latchup?

3) If it passed electrical latchup

    That information is not revealed in the datasheet nor available.

    2) if there is latchup?

    All parts at TI goes through latchup testing.

    3) If it passed electrical latchup

    All parts need to pass electrical latchup testing

    Please let me know if you any further questions for the REF3312.
