Hi,

I am not sure what you mean by 'pass latchup'?

This part has a Hiccup feature for Short Circuit Protection. Is that what you mean?

Hi Munir,

Typically, we do not specify Latch-up testing in our datasheets. However during development, we do test our devices for different failure mechanisms that includes latch-up and make sure we do not have any failures. But we cannot extend the d/s specifications.
